Welcome to Vinnie Gambini's.

When we set out to create Vinnie Gambini's we traveled to Italy to embrace the tradition and passion and incorporate it into our restaurant. We visited quaint villages to the north of Milan where in a little town square we ate at a trattoria and fell in love with the traditional four post solid wood tables. In Rome we where inspired by the Coliseum, and incorporated its Corinthian pillars in our design. We finished in Venice, where we were embraced by her warmth and romance. Our voyage commenced as a project but instead turned into a work of love, driving our passion to make Vinnie Gambini's a truly memorable experience.

The star of the concept however is it's food, so special care was taken to preserve the Italian authenticity of the food at Vinnie Gambini's. Recipes are testimonies to details as well, by traveling the world in search of unique Italian dishes and by taking numerous trips to Italy our chefs have prepared a menu that is both imaginative and delectable. The freshest and finest ingredients are used to prepare our house specialties including our Scaloppine di Vitello Morgano, Salsicce alla Griglia, and unique pasta dishes, such as our Farfalle con Pollo al Bianco.
